The fourth accused has already been arrested.
Ravi Kapoor, Amit Shukla and Baljeet Malik were produced in a court after their judicial custody in the Jigisha case ended on Saturday.
They had refused to undergo a test identification parade on Friday.
The three were subsequently arrested by the Vasant Kunj police and produced in court that sent them to four-day judicial custody.
Ajay Kumar, the fourth accused in the Soumya case, had already been arrested and is presently in judicial custody.
According to the police, Ravi shot dead Soumya on Nelson Mandela Marg in the early hours of September 30 last year. The police claim to have recovered the country-made firearm used in the crime.
The police will now seek custody of the accused for interrogating them to gather more evidence and reconstruct the chain of events leading up to the murders. They are trying to arrest the fifth accused in the Soumya case.
