Capital receives light showers

New Delhi: The Capital received light showers for the third consecutive day on Saturday which brought down the minimum temperature to a comfortable level. A Met. department official said the city received 2.8 mm of rainfall in the evening.

“The rain will continue intermittently for the next 24 hours,” he said.

Vehicular movement was affected in many places due to the rain.

The Met Department attributed the rainfall to western disturbances. The maximum temperature of the day was recorded at 31.3 degree Celsius. PTI
