Narrow win for Putni CC

VISAKHAPATNAM: Putni CC, Tuni managed a one-wicket win over Victoria CC ‘B’ in the EGDCA second division league for the Bhamidipati Krishnamohan Trophy in Kakinada on Thursday.

The scores: Victoria CC ‘B’ 153 in 32.2 overs (Kalyan Chakravarthi 38, Chinnababu three for 23) lost to Putni CC, Tuni 154 for nine in 28.4 overs (Venkatesh 51, Sushanth 27, Fassiuddin three for 18). — Special Correspondent
