Projects from Apple a Day Properties

KOCHI: Apple a Day Properties Private Limited is taking up construction projects in a 73-acre site, 9.5 km from Aroor NH bypass, near Kochi. The projects include Nano villas, premium villas, studio apartments and Nano flats. A sample Nano villa has been kept ready near the company’s office at Palarivattom, Kochi.

The company is engaged in need-based housing projects which have been getting good response despite the economic slowdown, according to Rajeev Kumar Cheruvara, director. He said the company would launch projects in Thrissur soon. Projects would be launched in Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode also. — Special Correspondent

KOCHI: The ICICI Prudential Monthly Income Plan paid its 100th consecutive dividend in February 2009. The fund has accomplished an unparalleled feat and has not missed a single dividend payment since its inception in November 2000.
