Programme on obesity

HYDERABAD: Nutrifit---a diet, nutrition and therapeutic lifestyle clinic---is organising a day-long nutrition education programme on obesity on March 14 in its premises at Maheswhari Chambers, adjacent to Medinova, Somajiguda.

It involves, among others, simple methods of assessing obesity, display of calorie count of commonly eaten foods and benefits of aerobic exercises, according to a press release issued here on Tuesday.
