PAYING THE PRICE: Two scooterists were injured when they collided head-on with a car while driving in the wrong direction on the one-way Rafi Marg in New Delhi on Monday. The area is highly accident-prone because the traffic police have not put any indication whatsoever that the stretch is one-way.
