Srikakulam: Coaching for rural youth in basic computer courses at subsidised tuition fees was inaugurated by president of ICOMWEL, an NGO, P.L.N. Raju on the premises of Chaitanya Degree College here. The computer courses are financed by Dr. Cap’s Memorial Society, according to society secretary D. Srikanth and Mr. Raju.
