Invoking MCOCA valid, says court

Mumbai: A special MCOCA court on Thursday upheld the invoking of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against the 11 accused in the Malegaon blast case, saying there was prima facie evidence against them of having aided, abetted in and conspired to commit criminal activities. — PTI
