Binani Cement to set up plant in Gujarat

RAJASTHAN: Binani Cement has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Gujarat Government for setting up a 2.5 million tonne cement plant in Gujarat. According to a release, the proposed greenfield unit, costing Rs. 825 crore, will be located at Lodhva village in Sutrapada district of Junagadh. Commercial production is expected to commence in April 2011.
