T. R. Prasad quits GMR Infra board

HYDERABAD: Former Cabinet Secretary T. R. Prasad, who was on the Satyam Computers’ board till it was scrapped, resigned as an independent director in GMR Infrastructure. Though GMR Infrastructure is a Bangalore-based company, the promoters hail from Andhra Pradesh.

While the company informed the BSE about the resignation of Mr. Prasad, he was not available for comments.
