Congress clears 30 names for CMC polls

CUTTACK: The opposition Congress party in the State on Tuesday cleared the names of 30 candidates for the 54-ward CMC polls scheduled on February 6. The names of remaining 24 candidates would be announced on Wednesday and the party candidates would file their nomination papers on Thursday and Friday, informed the city Congress president Suresh Mohapatra here on Tuesday.
