All set for MSR’s 75th birthday

KARIMNAGAR: The district Congress committee leaders are making elaborate arrangements for the grand celebrations of APSRTC chairman and Karimnagar legislator M. Satyanarayana Rao’s 75th birthday celebrations in Karimnagar on Wednesday.

The party leaders decided to cut a huge birthday cake weighing 75 kgs on Wednesday morning and later participate in distribution of clothes, fruits and bread to the inmates of orphanages in the town. The party leaders have also planned to conduct blood donation camp.

At the Perumandla swamy devasthanams in Karimnagar , the devasthanam authorities have planned special pujas on the occasion of birthday celebrations of the APSRTC chairman. The party leaders have also planned special prayers at all religious places in the town for the well-being of Mr. Rao.

In the meantime, the aspirants from the Karimnagar assembly segment are leaving no stone unturned to woo and attract the attention of Mr. Satyanarayana Rao by tying huge arches, banners hailing his leadership.
