Easy for RWF
BANGALORE: Rail Wheel Factory and SAI notched up easy wins in the Karnataka State Hockey Association’s ‘A’ division championship here on Monday.
RWF defeated RBI Recreation Club 5-2 with Arun Ravi scoring a brace (16th, 51st). The other scorers for RWF were Girish Ganapthy (10th), Sampath (47th), and Ravi Kumar (52nd). Kevin (29th) and Chamaraj (35th) scored for RBI.
SAI blanked ITI Sports Club 5-0 with Nikhil Thimmaiah leading the goal hunt, scoring in the 18th, 27th and 50th minutes. Uthappa (second) and Darshan (fourth) completed the tally.
