Police body institutes literary award

KOCHI: The Kerala Police Association will institute an annual literary award in the name of its mouthpiece Kaval Kairali magazine. The award titled “Kaval Kairali Award” will carry a purse of Rs. 10,001. Collection of short stories published between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2008 will be considered for the award. Two copies of the published collection should reach the general secretary, Kerala Police Association, State Committee, Thevara police station building, Perumanoor, Kochi – 682 015 before February 28.
