Contest for college students

Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Police Traffic Wardens Organisation, Coimbatore City Unit, is organising Friendly Five inter-college road safety competitions at the Coimbatore Institute of Technology auditorium on January 24.

A release from A. Mahesh, Chief Traffic Warden, Coimbatore City Unit, said the theme would be ‘Rules are friendly, drive with a smile’, focusing on five road safety rules, their violations and remedy. The competitions are oratory in Tamil, dance and songs, quiz, painting, rangoli, essay writing in Tamil and English, photography among others.
