Tough ask for Punjab

VISAKHAPATNAM: Punjab, facing a target of 477, was 99 for one in its second innings against Mumbai on Saturday, the penultimate day of the Cooch-Behar Trophy all-India under-19 cricket tournament final at the Ukku Stadium here.

The scores: Mumbai 376 & 181 in 50.1 overs (Nikhil Patil 75, Sufian Shaikh 25, Jaskaran Singh three for 36, Deepak Bhansal three for 40, Lakshay Seth three for 42) vs. Punjab 81 in 51 overs (Anil Sihag 42, Saurabh Netravalkar six for 20, Iqbal Abdullah four for 28) & 99 for one in 29 overs (Perry Goyal 55 batting, K. Raina 26).
