HOSANGADI: Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa on Saturday expressed displeasure over the decision by the Maharashtra Ekikarana Samithi (MES) to organise a Maha Mela as a parallel convention when the special session of State Legislature is being held in Belgaum. He told presspersons that it was not proper to organise such a mela at the time of legislature session. He indirectly cautioned the MES by remarking that “we cannot keep quiet if the Maha Mela affects the law and order situation.” About lorry strike, he said the State Government was ready act as per Centre’s advice. — Special Correspondent
