Yoga camp

Hospet (Bellary district): Baba Ramdev of Patanjali Yoga Peeth told presspersons on Saturday that regular yoga with pranayam and light food, can help the youth maintain their physique, health. It also helps them keep away from bad habits such as drinking alcohol or taking drugs. Yoga makes them peace-lovers. “It has been proved that yoga can cure several diseases. People have lost three to six kilograms of weight after attending the six-day camp”, he claimed.

He was speaking at a press meet ahead of the six-day yoga camp that will begin on Sunday at the Municipal School Grounds. It has been organised by Hospet-based MSPL Limited, a leading business group.
