Dewan Housing cuts home loan rates

CHENNAI: Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has announced a reduction in interest rates for both its new and existing customers. According to a release, the company will now offer home loans starting at 9.75 per cent variable interest rate for loans below Rs. 20 lakh

and 11.25 per cent variable interest for loans above 20 lakh with immediate effect. For the existing customers, the rates will be reduced by 25 basis points.
