Excise appeal

KOCHI: The Department of Excise has requested anyone finding use of drugs and narcotic drugs during ongoing the National School Games in Kochi, to alert Excise Circle Inspector (phone number: 2393121) or Ernakulam Excise Control Room (phone 2390657), said a press release issued by M.J. Joseph (Sr), circle inspector of Excise.

The decision to enhance the surveillance against misuse of drugs was taken at the constituency-level public committee meeting presided over by K.V. Thomas, MLA. Various elected representatives, Assistant Commissioner, Narcotic Cell and Ernakulam Excise Circle Inspector, also attended the meeting.
