Tailor arrested for beating man to death

NEW DELHI: A tailor (28) has been arrested for allegedly bludgeoning his acquaintance to death on Gaushala Road in Central Delhi.

According to the police, Ajay (26), a labourer, was in the habit of teasing his acquaintance Manoj, a tailor. Manoj found this irritating and had asked Ajay several times to mend his ways. But Ajay refused to relent. On January 5, Ajay again took a dig at Manoj who was having a drinking session with his friend. At this, Manoj allegedly attacked Ajay with a stick. He was declared brought dead at a hospital.
