Sterlite Projects is now B&B Realty

MUMBAI: Sterlite Projects has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the name of the company has been changed from Sterlite Projects Ltd to B&B Realty Ltd with effect from January 1, 2009. Form 1B for the change of name has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, and the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of the name is yet to be received.
