MANGALORE: There was panic buying of diesel and petrol in many fuel stations in the city late on Thursday after truckers threatened to intensify their stir. Vehicle users, some with bottles and cans, queued up at Balmatta, Ballal Bagh and Lady Hill fuel stations. The police had to control the crowd at the HP Petrol Station on Lady Hill at 10 p.m. — Staff Correspondent
