SHIMLA: The Himachal Government has appointed Major-General (Retd.) C. M. Sharma as the new Chairman of the State Public Service Commission. He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Prabha Rau in Raj Bhavan here. An expert in information warfare and disaster management, Gen. Sharma has served as instructor at the Army War College and School of Artillery.
