Platina range of home appliances from Bajaj Electricals

NEW DELHI: Home appliances manufacturer Bajaj Electricals Limited is looking for acquisitions in the domestic market and will invest Rs. 40 crore in setting up a new compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) manufacturing facility at Nashik in Maharashtra.

Bajaj Electtricals had already hired a consultant to help in the acquisition and was now in the process of negotiations for the prices, company Executive Director R. Ramakrishnan told PTI here.

The company on Thursday announced the launch of its new ‘Platina’ range of home appliances, including water heaters and food processors.
