Parking instructions for CPI(M) rally

KOCHI: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has laid out guidelines for parking vehicles to its volunteers coming to attend the district rally on Friday. In a press release issued here, Gopi Kottamurikal, district secretary, said that vehicles carrying participants for the rally should not be parked anywhere inside the city and volunteers should reach the Marine Ground, in small groups. Vehicles coming from Muvattupuzha, Kolenchery, Koothattukulam and Thripunithura should drop the participants at Durbar Hall road and then take the Hospital Road, M.G. Road and Rajaji Road to park at Ambedkar stadium ground.

Vehicles from Kalavangad, Kothamangalam, Perumbavoor, Kalady, Angamali, Nedumbassery, Aluva, Kalamassery and Paravur should drop passengers near Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute near High Court and part at Deva Grounds near Vypeen bridge. After the meeting, the participants should board their buses at the parking lot. Vehicles from West Kochi and Palluruthy areas should park at Foreshore Road and those from Vypeen and Paravoor should park near the first Goshree bridge.
