Kochi: Law Minister M. Vijayakumar said here on Wednesday that the Law Reforms Commission, Kerala, had completed its work and would submit its report to the government on January 24. He told reporters that he and the Law Secretary had held discussions with commission chairman V.R. Krishna Iyer on Wednesday. The Minister said that in the opinion of Mr. Krishna Iyer, the recommendations of the commission were very revolutionary. The report would be submitted to the government at a function here. He said that the terms of reference of the commission had included repealing outdated and unnecessary laws, codifying various laws on the same subject and reforming existing enactments.
