Chamber plea

Coimbatore: The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, has appealed to the Government to take necessary steps to end the lorry strike.

In a release, the chamber president Mahendra Ramdass said the economic slowdown had brought down movement of goods and this had hit the goods transport sector. The other industries would be affected if the strike continued.
