Bangalore: The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) and its Chairman H.D. Revanna have withdrawn an interlocutory application (IA) seeking to implead Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa in the case.

Mr. Revanna, in his petition, had alleged that the State was carrying out a re-audit of KMF accounts due to rivalry. When he made the allegations, the court had asked him to implead Mr. Yeddyruppa as a party.
