Seminar on media tomorrow

Coimbatore: Students of Communication and Media Studies of MOP Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai is organising ‘Outlook 09’ - Media Matters seminar on the emerging trends in media at the CSI Bishop Appasamy College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore on January 9.

According to a release, the seminar is being organised in nine cities across the country to provide information about job opportunities and the emerging media trends. ‘Outlook 09’ is an educational initiative which would help journalism students build a career in media by realising their potential. One of the nine cities would be Coimbatore.

Experts from the field of electronic media, FM, advertising, novelists and journalists would be addressing mass communication students.
