KOZHIKODE: State Election Commissioner K.P. Kamalkutty has said that the voters’ list for the elections to local self-government institutions in 2010, will be compiled by September 2009. The list will be prepared by including those who complete 18 years as on January 1, 2010, he said addressing a class here on Tuesday for electoral registration officers in the district.
