PNB’s back-office operations

KOZHIKODE: The Punjab National Bank (PNB) has started back-office operations for the Kerala Circle.

PNB circle head Krishnan Ramiah said here recently that the entire back-office operations of the 133 branches will be done at Kozhikode.

This will ease the work at branches which will now be free to concentrate on providing customer services, he said.

Mr. Ramiah stated that the facility of cash and cheque deposit at ATMs was being offered at West Hill ATM and will be available at all the 44 ATMs in the State shortly.
