Collector cautions matric. schools

COIMBATORE: District Collector V. Palanikumar has asked matriculation schools to publicise the sale of application forms well in advance so that parents are aware of the dates when the application forms will be given.
Mr.Palanikumar said in a release that the sale of forms should be done only inside the school premises.
The school authorities should also avoid making parents wait outside the school the previous night of the issue of application forms.
The Collector also directed the Education Department and the police to initiate appropriate measures to sensitise the heads of such educational institutions.
