Agitation planned

Members of Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Employees’ Association, affiliated to the Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU), will organise a dharna on January 20 to press for regularisation of services of temporary staff employed in IMFL shops and sanction of time-bound pay scales for them. A decision to organise the agitation was taken at a meeting of office-bearers of southern districts in the city on Wednesday.
