Haliyal Taluk Panchayat gets two tractors

Karwar: Haliyal MLA Suneel Hegde on Friday handed over two tractors to Haliyal Town Panchayat to collect garbage.

Speaking on the occasion, he urged the people to help the TP in keeping the town clean. Chief Executive Officer of the TP Ishwar Naik gave details about the schemes to manage solid waste. The Government had released Rs. 25 lakh to the TP and two tractors worth Rs. 11.49 had been purchased.
