Award distributed

KRISHNAGIRI: The State Government has instituted an award for the various departments that are using official language in their correspondence at the district level. In Krishnagiri district, Fire Service and Rescue Department has bagged the award for their extensive of official language in their correspondence during the year 2006.

Collector V.K. Shanmugam gave away the award to the Fire Service Officer, M. Kannan, recently, says a press release.
