CSSF wins title

CHENNAI: Vishal Sundar’s four for 16 helped CSSF trounce VBCA by 10 wickets in the final of the Prahlad CA under-12 cricket tournament here.

U. Prabhakar Rao, Vice-President, TNCA, gave away the prizes.

The scores (final):

VBCA 60 in 24.4 overs (Vishal Sundar four for 16) lost to CSSF 63 for no loss in 11.4 overs (T. Sivaprakash 32 n.o., Lokesh Kumar 27 n.o.).

Special prizes: Man of the final: Vishal Sundar (CSSF); best batsman: Vishal (VBCA); best bowler: Vishal Sundar (CSSF); Man of the tournament: Sivaprakash (CSSF); promising cricketers: Lokeshwar (CSSF), Shibi Jawahar (Prahlad CA), Suryaprakash (FCA).
