Youth held for smuggling

CHENNAI: Police picked up Dileepan (23), from his residence in Red Hills on Tuesday night for allegedly smuggling three satellite phones. Police said Dileepan left Jaffna as a 17-year-old to be with his father in Switzerland. When he left for India, he was given three satellite phones by Johnson, an LTTE agent, to be handed over to Amir Antony.
