AU signs MoU

VISAKHAPATNAM: Department of Geophysics, Andhra University, entered into a MoU with Hyderabad-based Alkor Technologies here on Tuesday. The MoU is aimed at technical cooperation in the field of geophysical studies and contains sharing of equipment for conducting geophysical surveys and providing manpower for geophysical data acquisition and processing. Alkor Technologies has agreed to provide facilities for training of research scholars and PG students in commercial applications by involving them in various projects of reputed oil companies. The Registrar of AU P.V.G.D. Prasada Reddy signed the MoU on behalf of the geophysics department.
