“This festival is not only aimed at showcasing various genres of children’s cinema, but will also focus on spreading the art of cinematic appreciation in rural areas. The uniqueness of this year’s festival is that it is being held simultaneously at Tumkur, Davangere, Hampi (Hospet) and Bijapur, apart from Bangalore At each centre, films will be screened in two theatres,” he added.
