SBT in final
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Favourite State Bank of Travancore coasted to an eight-wicket win over Crazy CC and entered the final of the G.V. Raja memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the Medical College ground here on Tuesday.
SBT, in the final to be played on Wednesday, will take on City Cricketers which posted a 46-run win over Masters CC in the other semifinal, thanks to a brilliant allround performance by P. Prasanth.
The scores:
Crazy CC 99 in 27.3 overs lost to SBT 100 for two in 17.4 overs (V. Suresh 44).
City Cricketers 222 for eight in 30 overs (P. Prasanth 57 n.o., Rohan Prem 40) bt Masters CC 176 in 30 overs (Jithin 43, P. Prasanth four for 33). — Special Correspondent
