Shaibaaz, Sainath, Sushan crack centuries

HYDERABAD: Shaibaaz Tumbi cracked his second consecutive century in the championship hitting 132 not out to help St. Peter’s Cricket Academy record a 161-run win over Naqvi Cricket Academy in the under-15 category of the Santa Cup sub-junior cricket tournament organised by Vijay Paul Cricket Academy on Saturday.

The scores: Under-15: Bhega’s HS 196 for six (K. Sainath 103, Gaurav 38, Gaurav Kakde three for 31) bt Aurangabad CA 128 (Gaurav Kakde 43, K. Sainath four for 28).

Rakesh Tandon CA 174 for six (Siddarth Jalan 69, Ajay Kumar 30) bt BHS 151 (Amar Khan Kandelwal four for 20).

St. Peter’s CA 240 for two (Shaibaaz Tumbi 132 n.o., Radhakrishna Yadav 41) bt Naqvi CA 79 (Ashish Agarwal three for four).

Under-13: Anand Sweets CA 95 (Sai four for 10) lost to Daniel CA 97 for one (Siddhanth 35 n.o.).

Aurangabad CA 220 for three (Saif Vohra 76, Nikhil Shenoy 61) bt St. Peter’s CA 164 (M. Syed 43, Krish 34, Venkatesh three for 26).
