NEW DELHI: Bojana Jovanovski of Serbia ousted top-seeded Masa Zec-Peskiric of Slovenia 6-4, 4-6, 6-1 in the semifinals of the ITF women’s tournament at the DLTA Complex here. In the final, the 16-year-old Jovanovski will meet the third-seeded Sandra Zahlavova of the Czech Republic who bounced back after the first set to stop the fine run of Megan-Moulton-Levy of the U.S. The results: Singles (semifinals): Bojana Jovanovski (Srb) bt Masa Zec-Peskiric (Slo) 6-4, 4-6, 6-1; Sandra Zahlavova (Cze) bt Megan Moulton-Levy (US) 2-6, 6-3, 6-1. Doubles (final): I-Hsuan Hwang (Tpe) and Zhang Ling (Hkg) bt Megan Moulton-Levy (US) and Emily Webley Smith (GBR) 6-3, 7-6(4).
