Legal literacy bus to be flagged off soon

BANGALORE: The legal literacy bus will be flagged off on January 2. Karnataka State Legal Services Authority (KSLSA) Chairman and senior High Court Judge V. Gopala Gowda told presspersons that the legal literacy chariot would be flagged off in Bidar. The bus, built by the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation for offering legal services, would cover Bidar, Aurad, Bhalki, Basavakalyan and Humnabad taluks. During its tour till January 22, the chariot would hold lok adalats and legal literacy programmes. — Staff Reporter
