TIRUNELVELI: Two persons were killed in different accidents in the district on Monday night. Police said that when two speeding bikes dashed against each other near Nanguneri, K. Chithhiraivel (38) of Thisaiyanvilai was killed on the spot while Karuppasamy (45) of West Kadayam and Ramesh (23) of the same area sustained injuries. They have been admitted to hospital. In another similar mishap, S. Madasamy of Manalur near Sankarankovil was killed on the spot.
