Kin of policemen block traffic

CHENNAI: Family members of police personnel resorted to a road blockade at Kondithope , demanding flood relief .

For about half an hour, the agitators blocked traffic and raised slogans in support of their demand.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Pulianthope) Panneer Selvam pacified them .

He promised to convey their grievance to the authorities concerned for appropriate action, police sources said.
