Dattatreya complains of missing names

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: President of the BJP State wing Bandaru Dattatreya on Monday complained that about 14 votes on his house number are missing from the voters’ list in Musheerabad constituency.

Except his and his wife’s, all other votes are missing from the list at the Booth No. 105-107 in the constituency, he alleged and said that the votes existed even during the Musheerabad byelections.

Missing votes

On inspection of a few more booths at S.V.E.S. School and Jyothi Balamandir School, Mr. Dattatreya alleged, he found that Form-6 and Form-8 were not available at many places.

Many people complained to him about missing votes and non-inclusion of new votes in the list, he said through a press release.

The complaints were taken to the notice of Chief Electoral Officer I.V. Subbarao who promised necessary action, he said.

He also demanded that the Collector and M.R.O be held responsible for the errors.
