Lions English posts win
HUBLI: Lions English Medium School and St. Joseph’s School won their league matches in the KSCA under-16 inter-school cricket tournament at the Karnataka Gymkhana ground here and SDM Dental College Ground in Dharwad respectively on Monday.
The scores:
Basel Mission School 134 in 28.5 overs (C.H. Tejeshwar 62, P. Sandeep three for two) lost to Lions English Medium School 137 for five in 36.5 overs (P. Akshay 38 n.o.).
St. Anthony School 114 in 26.5 overs (B. Abhishek four for 33) lost to St. Joseph’s School 118 for five in 16.3 overs (Musadique 47).
