KRISHNAGIRI: District Collector V.K. Shanmugam inaugurated the new vestibule bus between Melumalai and Athipalli on Monday.

In response to the demand put before the Transport Minister, K.N. Nehru, when he visited Hosur last, the 62-seat capacity bus was introduced. The bus will operate daily four trips between Melumalai and Athipalli. Krishnagiri MLA T. Senguttuvan and Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Salem division General Manager Ravichandran was present on the occasion.
