Bangkok: Shiv Kapur was the lone Indian to sign off inside the top 10 after a steady final-round two-under 70 helped him grab a share of the 10th spot at the Asian Tour’s season-ending Volvo Masters of Asia golf tournament here on Sunday. The Delhi-pro ended his campaign with a total of seven-under 281 at the $750,000 event. Jyoti Randhawa was the next best-placed Indian at the tied 22nd spot — a drop of five places from his overnight position — after a 73 in the final round took his overall score to three-under 285. He shared the 22nd position with, among others, Gaganjeet Bhullar, who turned in an even-par 72 on the last day. SSP Chowrasia (71) and veteran Gaurav Ghei (70) settled for the tied 31st position with totals of one-under 287. Seasoned campaigner Jeev Milkha Singh, who was crowned the Asian Tour’s Order of Merit winner after four titles this season, signed off at the tied 37th spot after carding an even-par 72, which took his overall total to even-par 288. — PTI
